Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the god76 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of a Member's use of the platform.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the god76 platform. god76 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practice for the Indonesian market. By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 or older.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration. god76 is designed and operated to serve the Indonesian market. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who are under any form of legal guardianship, court order, or mental incapacity that restricts their ability to contract are not eligible to register.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or officer of god76, or of any game studio, software supplier, or payment processor that has a material commercial relationship with god76.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or cooling-off period, whether imposed by god76 or by any other operator or regulatory authority.

Account Registration

To access god76's sportsbook, casino, and associated features, you must create a personal account through the god76 Login registration process. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance.

• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email address. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the god76 platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms. god76 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, close all but one, and forfeit any bonus balances or winnings derived from duplicate account usage.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. god76 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of compromise: If you become aware or reasonably suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify god76 customer support immediately via live chat so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.
• Account use: Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any balance therein to any third party.
• KYC verification: god76 may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage of your membership, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal, upon reaching a specified cumulative transaction threshold, or where god76 has reason to verify your identity. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address not older than three months.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the god76 platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). god76 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata (bank transfers), and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• Deposit processing time: Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes of successful remittance confirmation. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited within 1–2 minutes in the vast majority of cases. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or in the event of third-party payment system maintenance.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal request is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by god76 within 5–15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals then depend on the receiving bank's clearing schedule; e-wallet withdrawals typically settle within 5 minutes of god76 dispatch.
• Withdrawal to same method: god76 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as an anti-money laundering (AML) control measure.
• Fees: god76 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees to Members. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which god76 has no control.
• Unverified accounts: god76 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for accounts that have not completed the applicable KYC verification process. Deposits may continue to be accepted pending verification, but withdrawals will not be released until identity is confirmed.
• Suspicious transactions: god76 is obligated to monitor transactions for signs of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Any transaction that triggers our internal AML thresholds may be suspended pending investigation. god76 may file reports with relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

Bonuses & Promotions

god76 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless expressly superseded by the specific terms of an individual promotion.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus awards are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds are ring-fenced and not available for withdrawal.
• Minimum odds (sportsbook bonuses): Sportsbook bonuses including mix parlay (an Indonesian-favourite multi-leg accumulator bet) promotions may carry a minimum odds condition per selection. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Game contribution rates (casino bonuses): Not all game types contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution entirely — check the applicable promotion terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, beginning from the date and time the bonus is credited to the Member's account. Unused bonus funds and unfulfilled wagering requirements that lapse beyond the expiry period will be cancelled automatically without further notice.
• One bonus per promotion per Member: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a prohibited activity under Clause 7.
• god76 reserves discretion: god76 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to decline or reverse a bonus award at its discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed through the god76 sportsbook, casino, live casino, slots, and any other gaming vertical offered on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A wager is only confirmed and binding once god76's system has issued an explicit confirmation (a bet slip reference number for sportsbook wagers, or an on-screen confirmation for casino game rounds). Wagers that are not confirmed due to system error, disconnection, or odds change are not binding on either party.
• Odds and pricing: god76 reserves the right to change odds and pricing at any time before a wager is confirmed. In the case of obvious pricing errors (palpable errors, or "palp" errors), god76 reserves the right to void the relevant wager regardless of the stated outcome, even after result settlement.
• Event cancellation and postponement: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed to a date more than 48 hours beyond the originally scheduled kick-off, all open pre-match wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play (live) wagers settled prior to the abandonment will stand.
• BRI Liga 1 and Indonesian football: Specific market rules for BRI Liga 1 fixtures, including Asian Handicap, Voor (handicap), Over/Under, and match result markets, are governed by the god76 Sportsbook Rules document, available within the platform. Voor bola (the Indonesian term for the goal handicap line in domestic football betting) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules.
• Casino game results: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others). god76 does not alter, modify, or influence game outcomes in any way.
• Disconnection during live play: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome of any in-progress round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. god76 is not liable for losses arising from disconnection events caused by the Member's internet connection, device, or local infrastructure.
• Maximum payout limits: god76 applies maximum payout limits per event, per game, and per day, as specified in the applicable game or market rules. Winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout cap will not be paid above the stated limit.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the god76 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraudulent registration: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account registration or KYC verification.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting any person under 21 in accessing the platform.
• Duplicate accounts: Registering or operating more than one god76 account, whether under your own identity or any alternative identity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through duplicate accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage from god76's promotional offers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker or live games, or otherwise distort the fairness of gameplay.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any other software to place wagers or interact with the platform in a non-human manner without express written authorisation from god76.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing wagers based on insider information, or in connection with any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event offered on the god76 sportsbook.
• Money laundering: Using the god76 platform to deposit, layer, or extract proceeds of crime or any unlawfully obtained funds. god76 actively monitors transactions in accordance with applicable AML obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider for any deposit made to your god76 account. Any balance associated with a disputed deposit will be frozen pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the god76 platform — including but not limited to the god76 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data structures, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to god76 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the god76 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any god76 content without express written permission;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any god76 software or game content;
• Use the god76 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the god76 platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of god76 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

Privacy & Data

god76 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collecting registration data (name, date of birth, address, email) for account administration and KYC purposes;
• Recording transaction data for financial reporting, AML compliance, and dispute resolution;

• No liability for gambling losses: god76 is not liable for any betting or gaming losses sustained by a Member in the course of using the platform, provided the relevant games and markets were operated in accordance with the applicable rules and these Terms.
• Service availability: god76 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of technical errors, or uninterrupted. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. god76 is not liable for losses or missed wagering opportunities arising from platform downtime.
• Third-party services: god76 is not liable for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), game studios, data providers, or telecommunications infrastructure outside god76's direct control.
• Indirect losses: In no event shall god76 be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Cap on liability: Where god76 is found liable to a Member in circumstances not excluded above, god76's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Clause shall limit god76's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Termination

Termination by the Member: You may close your god76 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, god76 will process any remaining real money balance (net of any pending wager obligations and applicable bonus forfeiture) to your nominated payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Termination by god76: god76 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Clause 7;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation that requires god76 to restrict access to its platform for specific individuals or categories of user;
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant and subject to closure following 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

Upon termination for cause, god76 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and any winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real money deposits not tainted by prohibited activity will be returned to the Member's last verified payment method, less any amounts owed to god76.

Amendments to These Terms

god76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, god76 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page;
• Display a notification banner on the god76 platform informing Members that the Terms have been updated;
• Where the changes are significant, send a notification to the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the god76 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the notice period will be deemed unambiguous acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to god76's international licensing jurisdiction.

god76 operates under an international gaming licence and is regulated by the applicable authority of its licensing jurisdiction. While the platform is designed to serve Indonesian users and its payment infrastructure, content, and support are tailored for the Indonesian market, the contractual relationship between god76 and its Members is governed by the law of the licensing jurisdiction, not Indonesian domestic law.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through god76's internal complaints process (contact [email protected] in the first instance) shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body designated by god76's licensing authority.
